Business means sale or purchase of Goods and/or services for the purpose of earning profit.

In Business, earning of profit is for Businessman.

NGO means an organisation not working for profit which is also not a Government organisation.

In NGO profit earned is for the cause for which NGO is working.

So, if anybody have intention to do any activity with a motive to earn profit for himself, cannot form an NGO.

They should choose proper business model which suits him either, Proprietorship or Partnership or a Company.
